What are your refund policies? Fees are paid in advance and are not refundable once the creative work of crafting your new resume has begun. Creative work begins as soon as the phone interview or the questionnaire has been completed. Your resume request may be canceled up to the point when creative work begins; however, cancellations are subject to a $50 service fee. |
